Ordering & Personalization
How does personalization work?
When you order a personalized item, you'll add your custom details (name, design, color choice) directly in the personalization field on the product page. For most orders, we begin production immediately based on what you submitted at checkout.
Will I see a preview before you make my item?
For standard personalized orders (name or text only), we proceed directly to production based on the details you provided at checkout.
For custom design requests with complex modifications, you'll receive a digital proof via email within 1-3 business days. You'll have 24 hours to approve, request changes, or cancel for a full refund. If we don't hear back from you within 24 hours, we'll proceed with production based on the proof we sent. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production typically begins and changes are no longer possible. Email support@ribogift.com immediately with your order number if you need to modify or cancel.
What if I made a typo in my personalization?
Please double-check spelling and details before completing checkout. We're not able to refund or replace orders for customer-provided typos. If you spot the typo within the 12-hour window, contact us and we'll do our best to fix it.
Can I order in bulk for a group or event?
Yes — we can help with group orders and special events. Email support@ribogift.com with your quantity, timeline, and customization details. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time is 10-17 business days from order date. This includes 3-5 business days for production and 7-12 business days for shipping. During peak gift-giving seasons, please allow additional time due to high order volume and carrier delays.
Where do you ship from?
Ribogift works with a global network of trusted production partners. Depending on the item and current capacity, your order may ship from one of our international fulfillment facilities.
How much is shipping?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories, or international addresses outside the United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2-3 business days to update after shipment. Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels — you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each item is custom-made just for you, all sales are final on personalized orders. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, customer-provided typos, wrong size selected, or incorrect shipping addresses.
When will you replace or refund my order?
We offer free replacement or full refund if the item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong item or made an error different from what you submitted. Email support@ribogift.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and video.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, we initiate the refund within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package shows no tracking updates for more than 10 business days after shipment, contact us at support@ribogift.com. For damaged items, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll investigate with our shipping partner and arrange a replacement or refund.
Product & Quality
What makes Ribogift items different?
Every Ribogift piece is embroidered, not printed. We use commercial-grade embroidery machines with up to 15 thread colors per design and detail down to 0.3mm. The result is a raised, tactile finish that holds color through hundreds of washes.
What materials do you use?
Our base products are quality cotton and cotton-blend apparel from established suppliers. We use cotton-blend embroidery threads designed to retain color and integrity over time.
How should I care for my embroidered item?
Machine wash cold inside-out with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on embroidery — iron inside-out if needed. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizing varies by product. Each product page lists detailed size charts with chest, length, and other relevant measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What types of gift designs do you offer?
We create personalized embroidery gifts inspired by meaningful themes such as pink ribbon, faith, hope, strength, support, encouragement, family love, names, dates, and custom ideas. We’re always adding new designs based on customer requests.
Can I suggest a custom design idea?
Yes. We’d love to hear your idea. Email support@ribogift.com with your design concept, personalization details, and any notes you’d like us to review.
Are you affiliated with any organization or charity?
No. Ribogift is an independent personalized embroidery gifts brand. We are not affiliated with any organization, foundation, nonprofit, or charity.
Do you donate a portion of sales?
No. Purchases from Ribogift are not donations, and we do not donate a portion of sales to any organization. Our role is to create thoughtful, personalized gifts that help people express care, support, and meaning in a lasting way.
Is my purchase tax-deductible?
No. Ribogift is a for-profit business, and purchases are not tax-deductible.
