SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Ribbify. Each piece is made-to-order and embroidered specifically for you. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Every Ribbify item is custom embroidered after you place your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production.
In addition, if your order requires personalization or design modifications, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for our design team to prepare your custom artwork before production begins. Complex requests may take longer, and we will contact you directly if additional time is needed.
Production time does not include weekends or US public holidays.
2. SHIPPING TIME
After production, your order ships within 7-12 business days to your delivery address.
3. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 10-17 business days from order date to delivery.
During peak seasons, please allow additional time for delivery due to high order volume and carrier delays.
We appreciate your patience — embroidery takes time, and we want every stitch to be right.
4. SHIPPING RATES
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size.
5. WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.)
- International addresses outside the United States
Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.
6. WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Ribbify works with a global network of trusted production partners to fulfill your order. Depending on the item and current capacity, your order may ship from one of our international fulfillment facilities. This global network allows us to offer high-quality custom embroidery at accessible prices while keeping each order made with care.
7. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2-3 business days to update after shipment.
Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
8. SHIPPING ISSUES
Lost packages: If your package shows no tracking updates for more than 10 business days after shipment, please contact us at support@ribbify.com. We will investigate with our shipping partner and provide a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, please email support@ribbify.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and video of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Incorrect address: If you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are unable to refund or replace orders that are returned to sender or lost in transit. Please double-check your address before completing checkout. For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
Delayed packages: While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
9. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because each item is custom made for you, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, production has typically begun and changes are no longer possible.
To request a change or cancellation, email support@ribbify.com as soon as possible with your order number.
